Committed to working with our community!

Our staff are committed to working with our community partners to build a system of services and supports which is responsive to family needs.  We are active members on the Developmental Disabilities Council of Contra Costa County, the CRISS Family-Centered Care Work Group, Family Voices of California Council, Congreso Familiar, the East Bay Autism Campaign, and with a variety of other local committees. Locally, we are funded by California Children Services, First 5 Contra Costa, the Contra Costa County Office of Education, and the Contra Costa County Employment and Human Services Department (through a collaborative grant with We Care Services for Children).  Our collaboration with these local agencies strengthens our ability to serve families of children with special needs and provides an excellent model of parent-professional collaboration.
